KTE 2-3: Identifying and Learning of DEI prioritized skills in Clinical and Coursework


In partnership with Pomona’s Education Department, the Pomona team aims to increase the first time pass rate of TPA Cycle 1 significantly (10% for MS and 7% for SS) by May 2024.

Key Leverage Areas Being Addressed

The Pomona team is focusing on increasing faculty knowledge around concepts and language related to asset-based instruction across the teaching cycle. They are also examining coursework development and implementation for consistent use of high-leverage practices and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
