Equity Leaders Fellowship 2025

Fellowship for leaders in CSU Colleges of Education who are working on a specific equity issue. Twelve leaders have been selected from an competitive process and are meeting virtually once per month throughout the Spring 2025 semester. Sessions will follow an arc of learning focused on:

  • Leading Self (reflecting on our own positionalities, reactions, and our visions for the work)
  • Leading Others (candidly observing the current reality at our schools and identifying supporters and obstacles to the work)
  • Leading Community (ideas for investing others, building teams, and integrating equity work into all other work)

For more information, see the Fellowship SharePoint Site This link will take you to an external website in a new tab..
